Agreement to Terms
By engaging World Widee Digital Media Marketing ("WWD", "we", "us", "our") for any service - digital marketing, celebrity management, global trade facilitation, or event curation - or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this site.
Services
WWD provides digital marketing and branding, celebrity and influencer management, import/export trade facilitation, and event curation services as described on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement between WWD and the client.
Fees & Payment
Fees for services are quoted per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets or approvals required for WWD to deliver services. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final creative deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. WWD retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information shared during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
WWD provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WWD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including outcomes related to media placement, celebrity availability, trade logistics, or event execution, which can be affected by factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
